Default How to Market your Service/Parts

Okay Gang My GM and I were talking about new ways to market our Service and Parts department to our non customer base. In our area we would like to market to an area in which a dealership closed, and the point was not re-opened. I wanted some peer ideas that have helped your stores open up new business with in the Fixed Ops departments.

So what works for your dealerships? Is your program in house or a third party vendor? And How do your market your fixed ops and have seen an increases in business?

Does any ones dealership have a great way to market Service Contracts after the sale, have been sending letter for 2 months and not a dime in on a sale.
