Default Slow Netstar

Is it just my computers,or is everyone's Netstar slow?Takes forever to get on ODUS,catalog is slow,even with "new" faster servers.And Pararon,we won't even go there.Have talked to our IT guy,he said,it's Netstar,Netstar say's it's us,sooo,who's right?Just wondered if everybody else was slooooow,our just me.Just wanting some feed back.Thanks in advance.

Did you ever find a resolution to your issues?

We have encountered this problem as well. The main issues though are in the Learning Link and in Paragon.

Well, after endless hours of troubleshooting, we believe the slowness is being caused by several Windows updates. We narrowed it down to which updates by installing 1 update and re-testing the speed of the system. Here are the updates we believe are the culprits:

KB2574819
KB2585542
KB2592687
KB2655992
KB2868725

Hope this helps. So far our parts department has not had any complaints about Paragon.

On a somewhat related note, I know my laptop has been running so slow lately that I'm thinking about reformatting the hard drive and starting all over again.
