Uploading inventories
How do you guys go about uploading your inventory to software based programs.. Do you guys use a FTP server or do everything manually?

The dealership that I was at used Diamondlot.com to photograph our used cars and upload our inventory to Cars.com and AutoTrader.com.
Diamondlot.com appears to operate on a franchise basis - they sell market areas to individuals that are responsible for developing the market. Our dealership used Reynolds and Renyolds and we gave Diamondlot access to our inventory via a dial-up modem. Reynolds is currently removing modem access and this has been a source of controversy. |
