Bulletin # 11135. GM sent you this tool via RIM, calling it a module. It's a tool, and if it's sitting on your shelf bill it to service as such. Mine had been here and never been touched and RIM will NOT take it back.
Wonder how much more crap they did us this way on? |

Interesting catch - I wonder why GM decided to send out the Special Tool in question in that manner? It's not like they couldn't have just shipped the tool to the Service Department and then billed the Dealer Statement?
To your point, I bet a lot of these tools will sit on the parts shelf and never get used. |

A Cadillac dealer caught this one, a special tool kit for the XLR.
The part # is 19119305 ($4735.00). Billed as a part, not as a tool. |
