Default Fiat and Europe...bad for USA?

http://www.autonews.com/apps/pbcs.dl...results-emerge

If I read the article correctly Fiats problems in Europe may hurt Chrysler more than we think, stock is now rated a "sell" and Sergio may produce some models in Italy. The article did not say if they would be for the European market or for export to the USA. If they are for export I have to believe that would not sit well with the American public after gifting most of Chrysler to Fiat.
