Default Chrysler to eliminate CSI and SSI Surveys

Chrysler has indicated that they will stop sending Sales Satisfaction Surveys at the end of this month and will stop sending Customer Satisfaction Surveys at the end of the year.

Chrysler has been using these surveys to rank their dealerships for almost two decades. At one point, when Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge was a hot franchise, these survey results played a major role in determining which Dealer Principals were eligible for additional franchises.

Chrysler indicates that they are developing a new "Net Promoter Score" (NPS) that will become the new tool for evaluating dealers beginning next year.
