Default Sunnyside Chrysler, Dodge, Ram to receive $300,000 Tax Incentive

Imagine that it's 2015 and somehow your Chrysler, Dodge and Ram store has missed out on Project 2000 and Project Alpha and you still don't have a Jeep franchise.

What could be better news than getting Jeep from Auburn Hills, how about getting Jeep and a $300,000 Sales Tax Incentive from your City Council.

Here's a link to the news report concerning Sunnyside CDR of McHenry, IL - click here

I'm guessing Sunnyside CDR had to make facility improvement to entice Auburn Hills to award the Jeep franchise and to their credit they convinced their City Council to rebate up to $300,000 in sales tax over the next 20 years to help fund the improvements.

I'm always somewhat surprised when I read these stories - I guess it goes in the category of "if you don't ask you don't get."
