Yeah, forums are good like that.

So, um ...yeah. I guess I'll do the intro thing.

I'm Joe, I'm a mushroom....er...I mean a Parts Manager at a Dodge store in S. Texas. I've been in GM and Chrysler stores since the early 90s. The 2 favorite people at my dealership are the controller and the service manager, because those guys are always soooo honest with me and I totally trust them. *cough*

Welcome aboard JR, the info here is endless, and more often than not, more accurate than even the factory reps know (or will tell)

Welcome to DealershipForum.

It's always great to have a new member, especially one who jumps right in and has a good sense of humor.

Concerning a nametag, no worries, we don't have them. We'll just flag all of your posts with the "Newbie" smiley.

While the forum is still pretty small, the members here are awesome and there has been a great exchange of information and ideas. That said, we don't have too many Fixed Op members so I hope you don't get bored.

I thought it was the Parts Manager you were never supposed to trust?

Welcome!

Let's fix that. You need the 'grunts' onboard if this thing is gonna be a success...lol.

I agree. My dream has always been to have a dynamic forum that offered something for everyone who worked in a dealership.

Hang on there, auditing the stores is your dream, not mine.....

(Don't worry, SHACOS is not a Factory Auditor - he's a Retail Guy.)
