Default Campaign #14030 parts issues (shocker)

Anyone else having trouble getting the heat shrink tube and connectors from GMSPO? Blows my mind how they know how many vehicles they need parts for and never have enough parts available when they release campaign information. Anyone been able to acquire an alternative shrink tube since GMSPO can't supply it? I've tried my local parts stores and it's all too big and I'm not sure if it is comparable with what GM wants to use.

Default Parts for 14030

Call KENT AUTOMOTIVE http://www.kent-automotive.com/
866-837-9908

You can punch the part numbers into the search box on their WEB site and it will match it up with there equivalent.
We enter them into our inventory under the GM numbers.
They will send to you under the LAWSON brand name.

GM#5297428 WIRE CONNECTOR = LAWSON#P67456

GM#12335010 HEAT SHRINK TUBE = LAWSON 51878

I called Kent yesterday and they're all out of them too(shrink tubes) LOL

They have an order for 8000 expected next week - I'm sure they'll show up before any from GM will

More GM BS sending out letters to customers telling them to come in when they don't have any friggin parts.

I swear that whole company needs to be fired

I ended up getting some 4 ft long pieces of heat shrink from my local Radio Shack. The clips started releasing off of backorder and the heat shrink that I had ordered in early April finally started arriving. I did order 4 more rolls of PET from Kent. Another thing that chaps my hide is these GM bulletins sending us to outside sources for materials to repair their vehicles. They need to procure the items, slap a GM part number on it and sell it to us.
Thanks for all of the input.

Anyone got any ignition switches, cylinders, keys, and super special anti-gravity key rings yet?
