Default GM is looking at selling off AC Delco

News reports indicate that General Motors is looking at selling off their AC Delco parts division.

Here's a link to the news report: http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/a...ESS01/81022033

I remember when I first read that there was a possibility that Chrysler would sell off MOPAR that the rumors were unfounded. But in today's environment, anything seems like it's possible.

Never happened, and never got any serious interest. Basically they were asking $100's of millions for the name 'ACDelco' because they don't make any parts anymore. ACDelco is a few hundred purchasing agents and some warehouse/logisitic people now.
