Default Missing parts from carton

How are you getting paid for 4F2Z1662418A kit. I have tried cg,ce,and cc. none will work. These are not taped well and components fall out, like the screws and the triangular plates. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for creating the thread and sorry that I don't have an answer to your question.

For some reason most of our parts experts on this forum have a General Motors background so I'm guessing that while they'd like to answer your question they don't have any experience working with Ford.

It looks like you'll have to call your Ford rep and see if he/she can provide you with the correct way to get an adjustment for your missing parts.

I am sorry, I just read your posting....
This is a seat latch recall kit... And, I am familiar with your concern.
The box is rather heavy and not taped well. So, pieces fall out during shipping from the PDC to the dealer. Plus, add in the fact that the I used to stock 15-20 of them and that my warehouse stock person would toss them in a pile, made it even more prone to losing parts.
If your package is short pieces, place a package shortage claim with Ford. If the part is older than 90 days, you may have to play the swap game.
Order another one and place the claim on the new order. Then, send the 2nd part back as a 30 day special order return.
