Default Another Chrysler Fire Drill

As usual:
  • Incentives posted bright an early on the 1st incorrectly.
  • Incentives reposted 2 hours later incorrectly.
  • The incentive configurator still is not updated & it’s 1:00 PM.
  • Truck incentives so complicated that you need the incentive configurator.
  • An hour long BC conference call, that should have lasted 15 minutes.
  • Continuation of objective based two-tier pricing coupons.

Just sent this out.
"Kill the Chrysler ads for this week.
Chrysler still doesn't have their incentives finalized."

btw: We walked 2 CJD customers today because Chrysler didn't have the incentives posted for the units. It's 5 PM & the incentive configurator still has not been updated.

And this the company that wants all you guys to sell 60% more this year? Funny way to go about it!

I just thought of the heading for this thread, and figured its more of a Chinese fire drill but it sounds like Chrysler forgot to get back in the car.

I think they're the same fire drill.

Chrysler is driving the car but doesn’t have a clue how to drive because it’s hard to see w/ his head up his a$$ but he’s too scared to let the dealer drive.

That conference call was brutal. it sounds like, in the sebc, the natives are getting restless with the voucher program. Al Gardner finally had to cut the Q&A session off because it was snowballing and he was losing his ability to spin it all in a positive light...

As well, dealers are finding the wrinkles in the current floor plan assistance program.

The SEBC incentives for 2011 models changed 4 times yesterday.
The incentive configurator has been updated to include most of the incentives.
However the configurator still does not list the Hemi engine program C22B.
Whoever is in charge of incentives needs to be fired.

Is Chrysler now creating 2 tier floor plan? What will they think of next?

6pm on the 4th and incentives config. still not up to date. Big Horn rebate completely MIA so it's anyone guess what rebates are really compatible with it!?
