Default Dexron VI fluid

Difference between 88864060 (10-9118) and 88865601 (10-9394) besides package quantity and price?

Smells like the first is a synthetic blend and the other full synthetic maybe.

Speaking of Dex VI, there are a few dealerships in our area that have had customers complain about a shudder in the transmission after getting a trans flush. Some of these vehicles got new torque converters which seemed to clear up the problem. One dealer called our bulk oil supplier and had his tank tested..... contaminated. My tank is being tested next week.
