Weed Chevrolet ponders closing down
A Chevrolet dealership that has been in the family for generations and managed to survive the Great Depression is examining their options but it appears likely that they'll close down.
Here's a link to the news report: http://www.philly.com/philly/news/ho.../35853919.html The small town dealership was vibrant at one point employing more than 80 people. The current economy has reduced employment to 20. At one point in the article a part-owner of the dealership describes what it's like when you have to lay-off an employee that's been with the company for 30 years - he stated - "It's like having your dog die every day."

At first I thought you were talking about Weed, CA, but then I thought better. No way they could support any sort of dealership.
