Default Reynolds and Reynolds Managed Marketing solutions

We all have seen the slides

Total Investment $35,758

ROI: $646,534.53 (represents 18 dealerships in the area)

Has anyone used this:
Reynolds Marketing Solutions is a email based marketing system.

We currently use Cobalt's Onstation.

Things I like about Cobalt
99% gurantee that a email will get into an inbox
They are able to determine the primary email account of the service/purchase customer

They take into account several factors when determining if a $$ visit is a success, ie. if the customer spends $200 it weights several categories like
last time in (if a customer hasnt been in in 454 days it weights this heavily.
time it took to visit since last emailer went out (somebody that responds within 5 days is weighted heavier than one that was 30 days)
It looks to see if the customer is a frequent customer.
It gives us a report of who clicked the mailer and who didnt. It tells us if they clicked it multiple times (checking used inventories).

The old programs that if you sent an oil change coupon out and the customer spent 11k at the body shop are a crock. I don't call that a success at all. Yet that is where most of these companies determine the ROI on.
