Battery sales report
Every 3 months our accounting manager wants a report showing how many batteries we sold that quarter for battery tax fee paid...I usually just print out a list of all the stocked batteries in the battery bin and tally up the totals for those 3 months. It's not 100% because of the non GM batteries that we would put on in that time frame I don't really have a way to trace so I usually just add a few to the total. Anyone know how to maybe create an English statement report that would show it or do any of you guys even mess with it?

Do you have batteries in their own source(s)?
If not, you might want to consider it. Would be easy to pull sales from a source I have to do it with tires every month so they're all in their own source. Toyota in 50 and aftermarket in 51 |

If you're on CDK - run your MGR report and just choose that source then.
Do that monthly and every 3 months, add them up Last edited by zep33; 05-10-2018 at 01:04 PM. |

If you have R&R, you can also make a report on sales by group number.

I used 19000000-C for my battery core part # on ALL batteries. Made it easy to do that count every month.
