There are about 30 of us suing Mahindra in federal and state court using the Diaz law firm. Trial is scheduled for February, 2017. We are in discovery for the suit.

Any chance you could get Diaz to post any update? Or do you have any correspondence that could be posted as public record since this thread is not in Area 51?

Thanks for the update.

While I haven't studied the whole Mahindra mess enough to fully understand what happened I do feel the Dealers who paid money to obtain franchise rights got screwed over.

Hopefully if the Dealers prevail the defendant will have sufficient funds to pay the judgment.

I'd be interested in learning more about the current status of the case too. I can always move this thread to AREA 51 or start a new thread in AREA 51 if there are concerns about the information being available to the general public.
