Default in house labor warranty for whole sale?

has anyone tried to run an "in house" labor warranty for whole sale parts customers?

If so how does it work, and what sort of stipulations on part types, labor times, and rates.

Do you charge and additional fee for the part/parts to carry the labor warranty.

Did you set up a special source in accounting?

Do you see any significant increase in sales?
