Humiliated is the key word. Dealers who "win" and get to play on the new team, are they really winning anything? This is not the good "Pre-Daimler" Chrysler any more, and it never will be again.

Why CFC Declared
It's our understanding that one of the conditions of the August conduit renewal was that if Chrysler Corp declared bankruptcy CFC had to also. One without the other can't survive. Cerebrus comes out OK because they pick up the slack through GMAC. Weed out "undesirable" dealers and cut millions out of their cost of labor. GMAC will only have half of GM dealers left to service and probably half of Chrysler dealers to service. They didn't need all of those bodies anyway. So what if they throw all of those people under the bus. They're only the people who stuck with them until the end and made them what they are. So much for loyalty. As dealers we're next.
