Nascar Season opens with a bang

The 37 hours of the Daytona 500 will go into the history books as one of the weirdest 500's ever.

It kinda reminded me of "Days of Thunder" in a way... when Cole Trickle was instructed to go out and hit the pace car. When he asked why, "Well you've hit everything else, I just want you to be perfect!" If that's the case, Juan got a gold star!

Tide use to be a major sponsor, spending millions of dollars a season.
Last night they got a million dollars worth of advertising for free!

Didn't watch any of the race but had to look at Juan's crash into the track equipment after reading a little about it. OMG!

What a great race!!! It has a great ratings for a NASCAR Race with 14.24 million total viewers, and a grandstands full with around 200K people that's a Monday.

Watched it Flags to Flag and saw the "Jet Fire."

DW and Nascar did give Tide FREE Ad's, but yet it all worked out in the end.

Would of been nice to see Dave Blaney win! (Not a fan just an Ohioian.)

Hearing NASCAR wants to move the Daytona 500 into PRIMETIME...
