Hey everyone! I am new to the forum. I was trying to search my question. It didn't know what to search it by. Basically what I am wondering is what you guys think would be the ideal state for selling cars. Basically I am lookin at consistent weather, population, etc. but I'm wondering your guys opinions. I tried searching on google but nothing. Through my own research I found Arizona might be one of the best places to sell. The reason I am looking for a better city to sell in is because I am moving out of Utah and wanting to go somewhere warmer year round. Let me know what you guys think. Just to re say my question, I am looking for the best city to sell cars in your opinion. Thanks!

Thanks for joining the forum and creating the thread - I think it's an awesome question.

In my opinion the answer to your question largely depends on what you're looking for in lifestyle - do you prefer a larger market or a smaller one and would you rather work for a mega-dealer or a smaller private capital dealer?

Concerning Arizona, I've lived in the Phoenix area for the past several years and while I definitely prefer it over Seattle, it does get damn hot in the summer.

One market you might want to study is Las Vegas - the temperature is a few clicks lower than Phoenix and the market is not over-dealered like a lot of the more established markets when the OEMs had a "more is more" mentality when it came to awarding franchises.

Additionally, Nevada is nice because there's no State Income Tax.

Here in the Midwest the most frequent destination in Florida. I'm not one for really warm weather so I've never considered it, but numerous car people I know have moved to Florida. Some have stayed for a while. Some have been back within a few years.
