Default Best way to sell old BG products?

I have some old BG products that my service dept does not sell very well so the parts manager from our sister store said he will buy them from me since his shop sells them to get them off my hands but he said at discounted rate..I have a feeling he is just wanting to make me an offer below cost for all of it...how would I charge it out if it is selling for less than cost?

Default Ugh

Remember that you paid for the Spiffs when you bought it, that they probablly won't pay out now. I made the service department eat every drop of this junk the last time I was forced to 'stock' it. There won't be a next time.

It was like $15 a can of the 44G injector cleaner, PLUS $10 in spiffs, putting my cost at $25. Our guy just quit coming by, some of the guys had 10~20 of those stupid bottle tops to claim their spiffs that they just finally threw away when we moved to the new store last year.

exactly...agree with the forced to stock it bs, won't happen again...I basically am just needing to know how I should bill it to properly relieve 242 if they are wanting it for less than cost?

My guys actually like using the brake flush machine when replacing lines or doing flushes. I traded in all the crap we dont use for more of the brake flush kits. part#84064
