Chrysler's "Nuclear" Service Offer
Out here on the West Coast, Chrysler's West Business Center has put together a direct mail piece that is designed to bring customers back to the dealership.
The contention is that 90% of customers do not use the dealership for their service work so a "Nuclear" offer is needed to draw customers back to the dealer's Service Department. Here's the "Nuclear" offer - all three services for $17.95:
I'd be curious to hear what most Service Manages think? |

these kinda of offers work well to drive traffic-no question about it
