If you mean RIM purchase loyalty, it's pretty tough thing to explain in a post here. I believe there's a 17 or 19 page PDF file located on Global to explain the SLP program and a video for it in GM training.
Sales loyalty is different and counts non-GM parts against you if they are billed out on an RO with GM VIN on it. The other % they use against you is RIM loyalty which is different than the RIM purchase loyalty. What are your percentages for all 3 of those and I'll see if I can give you some tips to get them higher? you can pull those up in the Dealer Daily Report link on Global |

currently at 98.9 RIM compliance....the loyalty % attain is right around 80%....do they count against you if you order from another GM dealer to pick a part say after the cutoff in order to have it the next day? No way I have 20% non GM parts used.

Which loyalty is 80% Rim Purchase or Sales loyalty?
The only parts that count against you is if it's already recommended by RIM and you accepted and had already sold the one(s) you had and need another or you had declined it and then needed it, bought it and billed it without going back into RIM and accepted it If the part had not been recommended by RIM and you bought it from another dealer, it will not count against you. One tip to help that out is if you have another GM dealer close by and have a good relationship with them, look into "borrowing" RIM suggested parts that you are out of and then give it back when your stock is replenished and vice-versa. |

and it works like a charm and saves lots of loyalty percentage points
A good example is RIM only recommending 1 hub so you only stock one. Then a car comes in that needs 2. Instead of buying the 2nd one and costing a few percentage points, borrow it and give it back when RIM gives you your next one. The system really only works if you both have a decent inventory and bought a lot off parts of each other in the past. Although the cost +10 (or whatever) isn't there from selling it to the other dealer, you're also not paying cost +10 and killing your percent. Wouldn't work so well if one side was always buying from the other and not reciprocating. I'm sure we've both abused it a little bit by borrowing something we didn't really stock and just reordering it for them but it all comes out in the wash... |

RIM Compliance 97.15%
RIM Purchase Loyalty 89.33% Dealer Sales Loyalty 94.81% so yeah, what is the issue with these numbers and how should I raise them? |

Take a look at the excel report under GMCCA /Reports & Recognition/Dealer Parts Loyalty/RIM Purchase Loyalty Detail MTD
and see what parts are counting against you. Then you can see what GM thinks your doing wrong and exactly what is counting against you Your other percentages look fine |

Yup, that's where you start then there are tabs in the screen that comes up after that.
On the far right there is Reports & Recognition - everything is underneath that |

Mine has a Cadillac, GMC and a Customer Care & Aftersales tab
the reports and recognition tab is under the CC&A one must be another way to get to it Maybe give the Global help desk a call or use the chat feature in Global you should definitely be able to access the reports somehow |
