Default How'd you Cadillac guys do with the 2013 XTS "Service Enhancements"

Just curious how other stores handled the XTS and it's 13+ "Service Enhancements" (good gosh,..don't call em recalls!) before some owners made their first payment.

Just like all the software companies releasing software before it's ready for prime-time, so was this car

I remember back when Chrysler bought AMC and inherited all of the Renault problems. The Renault Medallion was a horrible vehicle with a lot of quirks and annoyances and Chrysler used the same tactic by issuing a "Customer Satisfaction Initiative" to fix the problems. Chrysler didn't want to use the recall word either.

No question about it, Detroit has some of the world's best wordsmiths.

That's too bad. I was under the impression that GM had brought back some of their retired engineers to ensure high quality vehicle launches.

Cadillac seems to have a lot of positive momentum, it would be too bad to see some of that whither away because they launched the XTS too early.
