Westlake Financial Services Master Dealer Agreement 2008
Hello All. I am need of a copy of the Westlake Dealer Agreement dated in 2008 with form number, 200806MDA-V1.2. I signed with them in 2009. I have asked Westlake for a copy of the original that I signed but, they include my signature pages (dated 2008) with the newly revised 2011 Master Dealer Agreement. Needless to say, I've been getting the run a round with my rep and everyone else. If any dealers out there have it, please let me know!
Thanks! Christina |

I've never done business with Westlake Financial Services, are they a mostly sub-prime lender? |

I've heard that DriveTime is getting into the subprime business by starting up a new division called Go Financial. (DriveTime is the same company that used to be known for their Ugly Duckling Rent-A-Car operation.) With all of the credit damage the collapse of the housing bubble has caused I think the percentage of "credit challenged" customers will continue to increase. |
