Default anyone useing PBS for a DMS???

our dealership has been using ADP/CDK for about 15 years, we are looking at a few different DMS's,
one of them is a company called PBS.I personally have never heard of them, and just wondering who might be using them and if you could provided some feedback on them.

We are a Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Mazda store. We have PBS. Like all of the systems out there it has it quirks, but I like it. I am the comptroller and I find it easy to use and get information out of too. They have real good customer service. I imagine it is not the cheapest option though.

Years ago my Chrysler store used Auto/Mate. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles on that program but it was very inexpensive, user friendly and the customer support was real good too.

TORGY - Has your dealer ever looked at the AutoSoft DMS program? It's windows based user friendly interface and very inexpensive. I think we have a forum post about it. I have used it at 2 dealerships and I would recommend it over Reynolds & Reynolds any day. I know we have other member which us this everyday in their dealerships.i have used it in all settings of the dealership as office person, finance director and filling in for a service parts department have found it simple and support is awesome.
