Default $1 Million Blue Sky for a CA Chrysler Alpha Store?

I was just catching up on some reading and noticed that there was an ad in the December 17th edition of Automotive News listing a Chrysler Alpha Store in Southern California for a $1 Million Blue Sky.

Is it just me, or does that seem like an insane premium for a Chrysler Store?

Chrysler's Retail Share in California is now down to 6.5% - and they still have a Dealer count that used to support a 10 - 15% share.

Who knows, maybe there's a buyer out there? Any thoughts?
