2016 Chevrolet Camaros begin to arrive at Dealerships
While the beginning of winter is probably not the best time to launch a new sports car I doubt that there are too many Chevrolet Dealers who are complaining.
A news report from the Lansing State Journal indicated that local dealerships have just started to receive the new 2016 model. The article was a feature story since General Motors moved production of the Camaro from Canada to the U.S. for the 2016 model - the first time a Camaro has been built in the U.S. since 1992. The Camaro is built in a GM plant in Lansing, MI. For a link to the above report - click here I had a chance to look at the 2016 Camaro when I was at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Las Vegas but I got kicked out the of building before I had a chance to get a good look. (Yes, I'm still a little bit bitter about that... ) Based on what I've read the 2016 Camaro is a worthy successor to the Camaro family and I like the fact the car has lost some of its bulk - the new model is smaller, lighter and sleeker. |
