I just drove through town and noticed that gas is up to $2.44/gallon.

Although the price is still low compared to last year, I think the fact it's risen so fast bothers people and makes them less likely to want to buy a new truck or SUV.

Ironically, the price of gas has gone up so fast that the price of diesel now matches the price of gas. Maybe the station is still selling off their last load of diesel and they haven't increased their prices?
