Glenn Hartzheim passed away
Glenn was Chrysler’s first Pacemaker in northern California and, at the time of his retirement, the number one Dodge dealer in northern California. Glenn was a Korean War veteran. He was a combat photographer that participated in, and filmed the American retreat from the Chosin Reservoir. After the war, Glenn worked for GMAC before being brought into the retail side of the business by Joe Putnam (Putnam Buick). Glenn was born on 9-11, 1928.

John,
Thanks for the post and may Mr. Hartzheim rest in peace. I remember Mr. Hartzheim was an influential Dealer who could be counted on to share his thoughts/opinions at Dealer Council Meeting or Grass Roots Meetings. |
