Default Parts Return

When does it end? Our dealership is in Rural America we do not have D.D.S. for parts everything U.P.S. we have a parts return to go back call U.P.S. to do the pick up like we always have. Sorry your code is no longer Valid for that call our D.M. knows nothing about it of course will look into it though. Calls Back says still looking into it but in the mean time he says why don't you pay to ship them back then get the Money from us CHRYSLER. YA WRITE

Are you finding a lot of damage due to UPS vs DDS ?

What about shipping time ?
Brown truck & freight truck ? Both?

Not really any damage. ship time is a day longer than D.D.S. We are next to a U.P.S. transfer station so as long as we order by 3:00 p.m. say on a Monday we have stuff by 9:00 a.m. Wedenesday.

I noticed that no one was able to answer your question in this thread - did you ever find the answer?

If you can't get the answer from your District Manager you might want to contact your facing depot directly. I'm sure someone there must know the process that non-DDS dealers need to use to return their parts.

We got it just another Hurdle now we have to jump. A way of them slowing down the process or not paying at all.
