Default clunker payment

I have rec'd payment (deposited into my bank account) on 3 clunker deals so far....all 3 were done & invoiced on 7/29. I have earlier invoices - one each invoiced on 7/27 & 7/28 that have not yet paid. The three that paid all paid w/in a day or two of transitioning to the "ready to pay" status. Hope that helps!!!

Thanks for the info everyone. We expect to have some $$ by Mon/Tues (or at least a rejection) since that puts the first few deals at about a week old.

Well... my first deal was a rejection. Got an email notification with a link... that doesn't open!!! In the "Invoice" section of CARS Portal I can see the rejected invoice but all attachments are still grayed-out and I can't do anything to correct the situation.

Called the dealer 800 number in the email but had to leave a message for someone to call me back. It's Monday morning isn't it!!!

Default Help Please

REJECTED: What are you required to do when you get a rejected invoice??? Do you start from scratch and re-enter the complete invoice or simple replace the failed attachment or bad entry to the original invoice and resubmit???

My “rejected” email contains no rejection codes and again… the link they provided gets me to: “Unable to display Web page”. The phone calls I’ve made this morning have resulted me nothing!!!

THANKS Txflyer! I got the invoice opened and fixed what I hope to be the problem.? I still have no rejection reason in the original email and no call back on the 3 different messages I’ve left!

In reading Auto News this morning, there must not be many Dealer getting paid. It is a pretty scary story when you read the "comments " section!

Five out there now, another going in this afternoon.

One rejection last week (bogus reason, anyone who could read should have figured it out) but no payments.

That's intersting because the headline of the AN story makes it sound like NHTSA has fixed all the problems and everything's wonderful.

I'm up to two rejections / zero pays.

That was yesterday's headline.

Today's headline on Automotive News shows the CARS payment process for the cluster it truly is.

I was planning on sending you a $25 Starbucks Card once you got your first CARS Claim paid.

Who would have guessed that we would be this far into the program and dealers are still waiting for their first payments?

Then I'll plan on enjoying a Grande Mocha sometime in October.
