Carfax
Has anyone read their contract carefully recently? Our legal counsel has found some rather disturbing information in it.

Can you elaborate.....
I know we've had a thread on CARFAX in the past that questioned how they received their information concerning vehicles that went to a dealership for service work. As I recall CARFAX gets data from some of the DMS companies - even if the Dealer doesn't have a business relationship with CARFAX. I also recall that there's a class action lawsuit filed against CARFAX but I think that is mostly related to their sales/marketing practices. |
