to me the #'s that should be used for oil is 88863912 for the dexos 5w20, 19293000 for the dexos 5w30, 19259487 for the dexos 0w20 , 88862497 for 15w40 and 88861037 for atf all in quart form.....I get billed 88862155 for atf, 19293002 for 5w30, and 88864006 for 0w20....I use those numbers and divide by four with correct pricing for quart form...so what am I doing wrong? the 15w40 and 5w20 I just usually try to get from delco since my oil rep never sends any....any ideas?

I buy the case goods from the GM oil distributor and bill them as such.

If you are buying bulk you need to bill out the bulk part numbers. If you don't it will not count towards your loyalty because big brother knows how much you have purchased in each product.

we buy our case goods directly from our bulk supplier, and these show up on the GM open account invoices.

I buy bulk and if it is 110 gallons...I receipt 440 of the bulk # so it can be like quarts and I bill out the bulk # on my parts statement making sure the price is correct.

slow
one of my pain problems is my gm oil distributor...I ordered some 15w40 delvac from them and they already delivered it, it's been about 10 days and I still have yet to see it show up on my gm parts statement...I ordered the 4 gallon cases so I am pretty sure they part# will be 88862469.....but I want to see what is actually on my statement....I think they easiest way on the delvac would be to just order the quarts either 88862497 or 88864038 but I just want to see what shows up on my statement but they have not put it on there yet.

one final question on this stupid sales loyalty bs....can I receipt the oil the day they deliver it and start billing it out on ro's or do I have to wait to receipt it until the number actually shows up on my gm invoices nearly two weeks later? it took twelve days to show up last time.
