Default Eastside Subaru in Kirkland sold.

We have just closed on the sale of Eastside Subaru in Kirkland, WA. The dealership was purchased by the Gee Automotive Companies, a dealership group based on the east side of Washington.

The dealership has had a long successful history including being number one in the nation in sales volume!

With the latest acquisition, the Gee Automotive Companies increased its holdings to 5 dealerships operating 6 franchises.

We wish George and Ryan Gee and their team the best of luck, and are confident that they will turn the acquisition into a huge success.

Moshe,

Thanks for the update and congratulations on another successful dealership transaction for Performance Brokerage Services.

It's interesting to hear that Eastside Subaru was once the #1 Subaru Dealer in the nation - that's quite an honor. While Subaru is a hot brand in the Pacific Northwest there are a number of dealers who do a good job of servicing that market. Congratulations to Eastside Subaru for their past performance.

Concerning the Gee Group, it's great to see them purchase a dealership on the West side of the state. I remember when they purchased Huling Chrysler/Jeep several years ago.
