Default SPRINT part not in box?

had to add a spac case to a part, a dealer sprinted it to me, I received the pkg they shipped it in but no part inside of it, shipping box did not appear to be damaged, all that was inside was two pieces of brown packing paper....how and what claim do I do?

I already did and they claimed they put it in the box, claims it had to have fell out and fed ex reboxed it which it did not appear to be the case.

that's weird then. All you can do is file a shortage claim and reorder then

I forgot exactly how- been a while and I screwed it up last time and got charged the 2% discount they never gave me. Give a call to your material returns person at your PDC and have them walk you through the process. It is a little different and I don't want to end up giving you the wrong info.
