Default Dealer settles with New York Attorney General for $20K

News reports indicate a GM dealer has settled with the New York Attorney General for $20,000.

The case involved selling former rental vehicles without disclosure and other sales/advertising issues. Two of the sales promotions investigated by the Attorney General were conducted by an outside firm that provided their own team of sales people, finance managers and sales managers.
