Default Nissan odometers targeted by Class Action Attorneys

The same Class Action Attorneys that received a settlement from Honda are now targeting Nissan alleging that their odometers are not accurate. The suit charges that the odometers shorten the customer's warranty coverage.

Honda settled the Class Action case by agreeing to extend warranty coverage on certain vehicles by 5%.
