Default gmLAM IMR funds

Any of you guys have an understanding of what the 2016 Fleet and Customer pay IMR fund is for? I was referred to the iMR resource guide by our rep. Reading into what is there this seems to be focused on Bump the competition more than anything. We have some funds in there I would like to use but have no clue how. Any help would be much appreciated.

Default IMR funds

Bump Funds are only for body parts sales price matching.
Overpower funds are only for wholesale engine/transmission sales.

Ok that may make a bit more sense. So your using the 2016 Fleet and Customer pay fund in place of overpower?
