Anybody have any trouble with the old key blank 15026223 being shorter than the new# 23372321....we are out of stock on the old # and the new # seems to be a longer length and is causing problems on my key cutter which is a PC+ from Barnes, just curious if anyone else has run into this issue or something similar?

Watch if your GOLD cassette is worn because the key can actually go under the key stop allowing it to go into to far. We found a similar problem and making sure the key goes in straight is important. If the head of the key is elevated slightly it will cause problems.

tfw my RED cassette allows keys to slip diagonally, and you have to get a second pair of hands to hold the springs open to get it back out...
