warranty diesel engine freight
GM sent a warranty diesel engine for a vehicle in the shop and charged us 624.78 freight...what account do I put it to on the weekly invoices? I know a recovery such as the old z50001 is only up to 100.00....but I did not even order this engine through parts, they sent it to us and the bill is on my daily parts invoice from GM?

make copies and give it to your warranty clerk to recover as a net item. And have her apply it to 33F when it pays.
