GM MyRewards
Anyone using this clusterf^$&? How do you process vouchers within your DMS? What DMS do you have. I have ASI, there is barely a way to do it but only with repair orders. The MyRewards people are zero help as far as what your DMS system needs to do.

we are not but we get t s@#t ton of grief from customers that want to use their MyRewards points with us. Just another GM joke...charge the dealers to participate in a program that is set out to benefit GM the most!

You have to go to global after they get a voucher number off the app the customer should download and apply the points
|
