Default non gm vehichle loyalty help

so does it count against you if it is a non gm vehicle like if the service dept writes up an ro and you have to charge out a ford part on a ford for the used car dept? it only applies to gm vehicles correct? I was told to bill it out over the counter if need be but I assumed that was only gm.

Default GM Loyalty Measurement

Only GM VIN numbers are counted. BUT, remember that Hummer, Saturn, Saab, ect that were built by GM, even though GM orphaned them, and MANY parts aren't available from GM anymore, they still count against you. Your Ford parts going on a Ford will not.

There are no stupid questions. At least now we have forums, I bet my old GM rep, Jim Campbell would have loved it, because I wouldn't have had to call him so much. But I did make a lifelong friend, even after he retired from GM we still talk quite often.
