Burien Honda dealership sold
We have just closed on the sale of Burien Honda in Burien WA. The dealership was purchased by Greg Rairdon. Greg has plans to immediately begin construction on new facilities. The seller, Jack Enderson has recently passed away. We wish Greg the best of luck and are confident that he will turn the acquisition into a huge success, just like his other dealerships.
With the latest acquisition, Greg Rairdon has increased his holdings in Washington state to 7 rooftops and 8 franchises. Moshe Stopnitzky, President Performance Brokerage Services www.performancebrokerageservices.com |

Moshe,
Thanks for the update and congratulations to Performance Brokerage Services for putting another deal together. I remember when Greg Rairdon opened his first store in Arlington, WA. As I recall he opened a Chrysler Point that had been closed - it was originally Mark Sidley CJD. It's great to see that Greg's been able to expand his business and he's broadened his business by moving into new areas in Western Washington and taking on new franchises. Frankly, I think that's a smart business decision. In the same way an investor should diversify his stock portfolio, I think the same logic applies to a dealer who wants to add locations. Diversification, in terms of location and franchise, makes good sense. |
