Default BMW Plans to launch National Loaner Program

At the NADA Make Meeting, BMW Executives told dealers that they plan to launch a National Loaner Vehicle Program in an effort to increase customer satisfaction.

The program is expected to be launched in April and will be an enhancement to the company's existing reimbursement program.
