Default Fiat and Peugeot-Citroen Predicted to be Biggest Losers in Europe for 2013

Of course predictions aren't always right, but why I am not surprised at the inclusion of these two auto companies? I also have to wonder what General Motors and Auburn Hills thinks of this. The article from Autoblog is listed below.
