Default Great website with Sales Tax, Registration and Doc Fee Information

The thread about the State of California raising the Doc Fee that dealers could charge to $80 reminded me that there was a website that listed the maximum Doc Fees for all the states.

After some digging (And a quick email to an Automotive News reporter) I found the website at Edmunds.com. Here's the link - click here

Not only does the website include information about maximum Doc Fees, there's also information about the average registration expense and sales tax rate for each state. Additionally, there's information that shows which states allow sales tax credit for trade-in vehicles and which states charge sales tax on OEM rebates.

Is the information accurate for your state?
