How is the new GM parts program working for you??
So now that we have all been busy trying to beat GM at their own game for a few months, how are things working out for you?
Other than a 79% sales loyalty Im 95 in purchase loyalty and RIM compliance. Did almost $60K last month in GM sales $120K for both lines. Still finding it hard to get my counter people and my service guys to think GM though. They still want me to run across town or over to the next town to buy parts out, and the still don't quite understand the buy GM and sell GM concept. Still they are looking at the bottom price line and half the time not even giving the customer the option of what to purchase. Anyone else come across that and been successful in changing the way service guys think? |

GM parts loyality
Does anyone have a solution for the GM parts loyality program? We have a large collision center and get dinged for using a/m and salvage parts... our current % is less than 50%
