Default Former Utah Chrysler Dealer to become CEO of Ford's Canadian Operations?

Ford of Canada just announced a new CEO and I was surprised when I noticed that his background includes running a Chrysler Dealership in Utah.

The new CEO, Barry Engle, left Ford in 1997 and reportedly ran the Chrysler Dealership for three years. He is currently working for Ford in their Marketing Department.

Here's a link to the news report: http://www.thestar.com/Business/article/294389

Do any of the Utah dealers remember Mr. Engle? Did he run a strong dealership? Given that Ford's sales in Canada now trail Chryslers, it looks like he'll have his work cut out for him.
